Bitte nur dann anfordern, wenn wir bekannt gegeben haben, dass eine oder mehrere bestimmte Dateien bei uns aktualisiert wurden.

Aktualisierung der Downloads von bis zu max. 3 deiner vergangenen Bestellungen. Dadurch werden diesen Bestellungen die neuesten Downloaddateien zugeordnet.

Update of the downloads of up to a maximum of 3 of your past orders. This means that the latest download files are assigned to these orders.

Achtung: Nach der Aktualisierung sind deine alten Downloads NICHT MEHR verfügbar! Es sind nach dem Update nur mehr die aktuellsten Versionen der in dieser Bestellung gekauften Artikel downloadbar.

Attention: After the update, your old downloads will no longer be available! Only the latest versions of the items purchased in this order can be downloaded.

Für das Anfordern eines Updates sende uns bitte im nachfolgenden Formular folgende Angaben:
Dein Name, Bestellnummer des Kaufes (maximal 3 Bestellungen).
Die Bestellnummer(n) benötigen wir auf alle Fälle, da wir ansonsten das Update nicht vornehmen können!

To request an update, please send us the following information in the form below:
Your name, order number of the purchase (maximum 3 orders).
We need the order number (s) in any case, otherwise we will not be able to carry out the update!

Wenn du die Bestellnummer nicht weißt, logge dich bitte im Kundenaccount ein, dort findest du alle deine Bestellungen.
Für Bestellungen, die als „Gast“ getätigt wurden, gibt es systemtechnisch leider kein Kundenaccount, daher empfehlen wir Bestellungen immer mit einem Kundenaccount vorzunehmen.
